Increasing public concern over the impact to the global environment, as well as social issues, has required changes to the forest product companies, corporations and governments' responsibilities.

When purchasing your products from Newport Panels you can be certain that throughout the entire process, from the forest to the loggers, through to the kiln drying and our manufacturing procedures, only FSC certified lumber has been used.

Stored in controlled environments

When we receive our lumber it is in a rough state and has been kiln dried. Our lumber is stored in a humidity controlled storage area in order to avoid any warping and contracting.

As needed, the lumber is then planned, cut and glued using cutting edge techniques.
For the entire duration the lumber and wood products are at Newport Panels, it remains in our humidity controlled factory therefore guaranteeing you top quality products for all your woodworking needs.

Glued using a unique process

As opposed to many of our competitors, we do not use radio frequency when gluing your panels. This may cause arcing and burning; two problems resulting from radio frequency heating. In order to glue our wood panels we use a clamping technique.

The adhering of our wood panels is so strong the joint will never split - guaranteed.
